The Service

free-sometime.com lets you create a romantic date-invitation card, share a link with someone, and view their answer. The Service is currently free and does not require an account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-abusive purposes. You must not use it to harass, threaten, defame, deceive or spam anyone, to impersonate others, or to upload illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and for whom you send it to. Only send cards to people you reasonably believe want to hear from you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and display it as needed to operate the Service.

We may remove any content or card, or restrict access, at our discretion — for example if it violates these Terms.

No accounts; links

Cards are accessed via unguessable links. You are responsible for keeping your secret tracking link private and for how you share the public link.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that cards and responses will always be stored or delivered. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
