Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

free-sometime.com ("the Service", "we", "us") lets you create a date-invitation card, share a link, and see the recipient's answer. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Card content you provide: your name, the recipient's name, an optional message, the card language, and (in the future) a Spotify link.

The recipient's response: their answer, a chosen date, time and activity, and how many times the "No" button was dodged.

Basic technical data needed to run the Service, such as timestamps (for example, when a card was opened).

We do not require accounts and we do not ask for emails, phone numbers or payment details.

How we use information

To generate your card and its links, to display the card to the recipient, and to show you their answer through your secret tracking link.

To operate, secure and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Links and visibility

Anyone who has the public card link can view the card. Keep your secret tracking link private — anyone with it can see the recipient's answer.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your chosen interface language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep card data for as long as needed to provide the Service. We may delete old or inactive cards. You can ask us to delete a card at any time.

Third parties

The Service runs on our own servers and database. We may use infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting) that process data on our behalf. We will not share your content except as needed to run the Service or as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Please do not use it if you are under 16.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be available on this page.

"As is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". See our Terms & Conditions for details.
